A reflective, intuitive evening class where the focus shifts each week. Themes may unfold through yin, slow flow, oracle guidance, meditation, shadow integration, restorative stretching, or Yoga Nidra.

This practice meets you exactly where you are, offering a spacious, grounded environment for deeper inner awareness and end-of-week clarity.

In-Person Class Guidelines & Boundaries

To keep this space safe, respectful, and supportive for everyone:

* Registration closes 1 hr. prior to class start.

* We begin class when everyone has arrived.

* Be fully present: no multitasking, phones, or background distractions.

* Clothing-On Classes: Please remain clothed in comfortable movement layers.

* Clothing-Optional Classes: Nudity is welcome but not required — always choose what feels safest for your body.

* Respectful presence only: No sexual behavior, explicit touching, or inappropriate comments.

* Confidentiality matters: What you see and hear here stays here.
