AI can be a powerful marketing assistant—but only if you know how to direct it. This workshop teaches you the workflows that actually move your marketing forward: SEO optimization, evergreen content planning, repurposing systems, and fast editing frameworks for descriptions, landing pages, emails, and posts.

You’ll learn how to write prompts that produce usable output, how to refine AI drafts without losing your voice, and how to “train” your AI with a Brand Voice Guide so your content stays consistent across platforms. Expect demos, templates, and real-time build time. You’ll leave with a prompt library you can reuse, an evergreen content plan you can repeat monthly, and polished copy you can publish immediately.

Prerequisites

Outcomes

By the end, participants will have:

  1. A Brand Voice Guide (1 page)
  2. A reusable Prompt Library (10–15 prompts)
  3. One SEO-upgraded page or description (plus metadata + FAQ draft)
  4. A repurposing map that turns 1 core asset into 8–15 pieces
  5. A simple evergreen marketing plan (2 weeks ready; expandable to 30 days)

By the end of the intensive, participants will be able to:

  1. Produce 5 “great prompts” using a structured prompt framework (role + goal + context + constraints + output format) to generate publish-ready marketing drafts.
  2. Build a one-page Brand Voice Guide and revise two AI drafts through a refinement loop until the output matches their voice and boundaries.
  3. Optimize one page/description by generating SEO elements (title tag, meta description, headings, FAQ) and revising copy for clarity and conversion.
  4. Create a repurposing workflow that converts one core content piece into at least 8 platform-ready outputs.
