A Lunar New Year Celebration for the Year of the Horse
Step into a luminous realm of movement, devotion, and destiny as we welcome the Year of the Horse with an immersive Gongfu Cha Tea Ceremony at Feathered Outlaw. Rooted in Chinese cosmology and tea ritual, this gathering honors the Celestial Horse (Tian Ma 天马); the heavenly steed who carries vision into form and travels between worlds.
This Lunar New Year rite invites you to release stagnation, awaken life-force, and ride the currents of becoming where momentum arises not from effort, but from alignment.
Event Highlights
🍵Tea Ceremony Rituals 🍵
Guided by tea wizards Kai-Kenny & Yshel, you will enter an intimate Gongfu Cha ceremony attuned to rhythm, breath, and vitality. Sip rare and expressive teas: Phoenix Oolongs, High Mountain White Teas, and aged Pu-er Teas; harvested from ancient trees, some over 500 years old. Each infusion carries the teaching of the Celestial Horse: stamina without strain, movement without force.
✨Guided Meditation & Inner Alignment✨
You will be guided through a grounding and expansive meditation, anchoring you to the earth while opening the upper realms of intuition and vision. Like the Celestial Horse, you’ll be invited to sense where your spirit is already in motion; and how to ride that momentum with trust, tenderness, and clarity.
🐎The Blessing of the Celestial Horse🐎
In Chinese symbolism, the Celestial Horse (Tian Ma) is a messenger of inspired action and destined movement. This tea rite supports an identity shift; from pushing to partnering, from waiting to riding where life-force becomes a companion rather than a challenge.
🫖Delicacy Tastings🫖
Enjoy a curated tasting of handmade Chinese Malaysian delicacies, balancing sweet and savory notes to nourish the senses and harmonize with the teas; an offering of abundance and grace for the year ahead.
❤️Community Weaving & Shared Reflection❤️
Reflection and sharing unfold organically throughout the ceremony, arising between pours and pauses. Each voice, when offered, joins the collective rhythm; supporting presence, connection, and shared becoming.
You will leave feeling luminous, grounded, and attuned; ready to move through the year guided by devotion rather than force, riding into becoming with grace and joy.
