SF/ONLINE: The Dapper Guide for the New Gentleman with PsychoKitty

In which we explore classic and vintage masculine style. We will cover clothing choices and pairings, like appropriate shoes or when to wear a hat and of what style. We will bring ties to practice and play with so you can learn both a half Windsor tie knot and a classic bow tie. Additionally we will demonstrate different pocket squares usage and accenting. Following with discussing various ways to acquire all the above.


Ryan PsychoKitty is a performance artist and improv actor, starting at the Annoyance Theater of Improv of Chicago in the late 90s and has performed in New York, San Francisco, London, Kobe, and Osaka, with performance images in Skin Two. He has presented classes at the SF Citadel, Shibaricon, TNG4, Boundless, and others.

He is the host of the new Dirty Talk Game Show here in San Francisco, a former host of Shibaricon in Chicago, is one of the founders of Wicked Grounds Kink Café and Boutique.


This class will be offered in SF and live online. Pick your option at ticketing!

$15 - $35 in advance, or $20 - $40 at the door for in-person attendance.

We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance.

The regular ticket is $25. This is what most people should pay.

The $15 ticket is offered for those for whom the $25 ticket would be a barrier to participation. If $25 is too much, we take your word for it! Just pay $15.

This class will be taught out of Trellis (Rambling Rose conference room) and as a live, online class through Zoom. You may choose to attend in person in San Francisco, or online from anywhere in the world!

In SF, the class will be taught out of Trellis in the Rambling Rose conference room. This space is ADA accessible and the event is on the ground floor. However, please note that the front doors will only be open from 6:40 - 6:55 pm. Late arrivals should plan to attend online as we cannot guarantee late entry after the doors close.
