The Human Reunion: Remembering What It Means to Be Human

We are living in a world overflowing with noise, opinions, and fear—a world that keeps us distracted, divided, and disconnected from one another. The Human Reunion is an invitation to step out of that noise and return to what’s real.
This 3.5-hour guided experience is about remembering that we are more alike than we are different. It’s about rediscovering the sacred art of being present—with ourselves and with others. Through guided connection exercises, conscious conversation, and meaningful group experiences, we’ll explore how to listen to understand instead of to respond, how to express ourselves honestly and safely, and how to hold space for the full truth of another human being.
There’s no fixing, no performing, no right or wrong here—only curiosity, compassion, and presence. This is the field Rumi spoke of. The space where walls soften, hearts open, and understanding begins.

What You Can Expect

– Spend approximately 5–7 minutes with each person in the room, guided through meaningful connection practices.
– Learn a new style of communication that invites true listening, reflection, and understanding.
– Experience what it’s like to be heard—fully, without interruption, advice, or judgment—and offer that same gift to others.
– Practice allowing others to be who they are while giving yourself permission to take up the space of who you are.
– Participate in small group explorations and a closing circle for reflection and integration.
– Enjoy a 30-minute intermission mid-evening with snacks and water provided (please bring your own water bottle and, if you feel inspired, a snack to share).

Agenda For The Evening

6:15p - 6:45p: Arrival, Check In, Settle Into Space
6:45p - 8:00p: Opening Event, Explanation of Communication Style, Round One of Connection Exercises (There will be an inner circle + outer circle. You will spend approximately 7 - 10 minutes with each person in the room throughout the evening.)
8:00p - 8:30p: Break for snacks (feel free to bring a snack to share with your fellow humans, restroom, refill water, and mingle
8:30p - 9:30p: Round Two of Connection Exercises (There will be small groups of three or four. This will be another style of group communication.)
9:30p - 10:00p: Group Shares, Closing the Event, Say Goodbye, Exchange Info with New Friends
10:00p - 10:15p: Clean up event space & event space will close
This evening will be filled with love, laughter, and luminous connection—a gathering that reminds us how to be human together.
