Join us for an event filled with laughter, deeper conversations, and mindful practices designed to gain insight into your relationships with others as well as yourself. This in-person experience will allow you to engage and embrace the beauty of face-to-face discussions and learning with other human beings. Whether you're single, in a relationship, or just looking to connect with others on a deeper level, this event is for you. Come with an open heart and leave with a renewed sense of connection.
The Intimacy Experiment is a transformative event where you'll explore the skills we need for intimacy and intimate communication through a series of safe, fun and insightful activities.
NOTE: TIE is not a sexuality workshop. This event is fully clothed and all activities are optional and negotiable. You will learn about yourself, your relationship and communication styles, and you can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner or potential partners. All genders and orientations are fully welcome.
Throughout this session, you will learn:
The 5 levels of intimacy and how you may wish to practice them
Be able to discern between trust and risk
Practice boundary exercises
Experience a deeper connection through discussion and activities with a community of like-minded people

Your Instructor
Katrina (They/Them) is a Black-Biracial Neurodivergent Queer Enby Femme with over a decade of lived experience in BDSM, Polyamory, and Mindful/Sacred Sexuality Practices. They believe that facts dissolve fear and truth dismantles shame! Katrina, aka “Good Love Kat”, has set out to break the chains of disempowerment by offering practical and positive sex education to curious adults. Their work is a culmination of academic study and lifestyle experience with a professional background spanning from Holistic Wellness to Sex Work to Ministry. In 2013, they held their first event, a cervix-viewing workshop, at a midwife’s office. A year later, they opened their business The Good Love Project to offer workshops, talks, and writing on fearless sexuality, health, shameless pleasure and self love. As of 2023 they have launched their first podcast, The Good Love Podcast.
