Start the new year with a month-long deep dive into the real, embodied practice of giving, receiving, asking, offering, and negotiating desire with clarity and confidence, inside and outside the bedroom.

What You’ll Learn

Whether you're partnered, dating, single, curious, or simply tired of feeling confused, shut down, guilty, or shy around your needs… this series gives you the tools to finally feel at home in your "yes," rooted in your "no," and empowered in your requests.

The Commitment

  1. One 3-hour kickoff (Week 1)| Three 2-hour sessions (Weeks 2-4)

  3. Time: 6 -9PM (Week 1) & 6:30 -8:30PM (Weeks 2-4) MST

Across these four sessions, you will unravel the socialization that taught you to override yourself and step into a new way of relating: honest, embodied, relaxed, and deeply pleasurable.

Without spiraling into fear of rejection, guilt, or people-pleasing acrobatics.

✔️ How to say "no" without apologizing for your existence

Even to your mom. Even when someone wants "just a little" of your time.

Even when your body says no but your mind wants to be "nice."

✔️ How to receive pleasure without guilt, performance, or second-guessing

Learning to let good things land in your body.

Learning to be seen.

Learning to allow.

✔️ How to give pleasure from generosity, not obligation

Because giving from depletion never feels good, for either of you.

✔️ How to receive without feeling like a burden

This is the quiet killer of intimacy. Together we dissolve it.

✔️ How to navigate the same dynamics in everyday life

Consent isn't just a bedroom skill. It's a life skill.

Expect real-world examples like:

  2. Negotiating household labor
  3. Setting boundaries at work
  4. Asking your partner for more slowness… or more intensity
  5. Requesting touch the way your body loves it
  6. Trusting someone else's "no" is real, and not a referendum on your worth

Structure: What Happens Each Week

Week 1 — Foundations of Consent, Clarity & Embodiment (3 hours)

Your nervous system's welcome mat.

Week 2 — Taking & Allowing: The Art of Receiving (2 hours)

The quadrant most people struggle with—and the one that changes everything.

Week 3 — Serving & Accepting: The Art of Giving (2 hours)

Giving that feels clean, sexy, and sovereign—not obligatory.

Week 4 — Integration: Real-Life Application & Relational Fluency (2 hours)

Bringing it all into your relationships, communication, intimacy, collaboration, and everyday life.

Throughout the month, you'll also have a designated Buddy for weekly check-ins and practices, plus a private WhatsApp group where the community can share insights, ask questions, and support each other between sessions.

Jade Levinson is a Boulder-based somatic intimacy coach and experiential designer working with individuals and couples. With training in the Wheel of Consent®, the VITA method, Nonviolent Communication, integral theory, and Ayurvedic studies, she supports clients in navigating desire, communication, nervous system patterns, and relational dynamics to cultivate grounded, vibrant, emotionally healthy intimacy.

  1. Q: Is this clothing-optional? A: No. This is a fully clothed workshop. All practices are done with boundaries intact.
  2. Q: What if I'm single? A: Perfect. This work is about YOUR relationship with pleasure, desire, and boundaries first. Partners optional.
  3. Q: What if I miss a session? A: Life happens. You'll have access to the WhatsApp group and your Buddy for support, but presence matters for integration.
  4. Q: Is this LGBTQ+ friendly? A: Absolutely. All genders, orientations, and relationship structures are welcome.
  5. Q: I'm nervous. Is that normal? A: Very. Nervousness means you're at your edge, which is exactly where transformation happens. The container is trauma-informed and consent-based.
  6. Q: What should I wear? A: Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. Think: stretchy, cozy, layers.
  7. Q: Can I bring a partner? A: Yes, but you'll each register individually and will invited to pair with different practice Buddies to deepen your individual work.
  8. Q: What if I have trauma history? A: This work is trauma-informed. You're always in choice. You can say no, pause, or adjust any practice to fit your needs.
