Join us for a creative and reflective workshop for femmes and thems exploring the relationship between art and rage. No art experience needed.
Rage is often treated as something dangerous or shameful. But anger can also be righteous, powerful, and deeply informative. It can help us recognize injustice, protect what matters, and fuel meaningful change. We do not have to fear our rage or push it away. We can learn to listen to it, work with it, and express it in ways that are creative and life-giving.
Through guided art-making and reflection, we will explore how creativity can help us release, regulate, and transform intense emotion. No art experience is necessary, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Please bring a journal for personal reflection. All art materials will be provided.
