The Sisterhood

Hi ladies!

I’ve decided to offer a space to expand, release, breathe, and connect on a regular basis -in my home. This will be a space to connect in sisterhood, explore vulnerably, and experience real coaching moments for growth and expansion.

It’s a non linear path, so anyone is welcome to come when it works for them, and no long term commitment is required for this group experience.

While there is no “curriculum,” the group will be led by me and various somatic tools and experiences will be available.
