The Soft Rebellion: Reclaiming Rest

Whichever end of the rest-deprivation spectrum you’re living in—overdrive or shutdown—this is your invitation to step off the extremes and find your way back to center. It’s made for the high-functioning and the fried, the overachievers afraid to slow down, and the overwhelmed who can’t seem to get going.

In this workshop, we will:

  1. Unlearn the cult of busyness and rewrite what rest actually means.
  2. Explore the difference between numbing, collapsing, and true restoration.
  3. Discover the many unexpected forms rest can take (some may surprise you!)
  4. Learn the difference between active and passive rest, as well as macro and micro rest.
  5. Design your own personal “rest tasting menu.”
  6. Build sustainable systems of support to help you honor your limits while still getting shit done.
  7. Connect with a community of fellow humans that are resisting burnout culture and embracing nervous system sovereignty.

For the ones who don’t know how to stop and the ones who don’t know how to start—this space is for all of you. You don't need to earn your rest. It belongs to you.
