The Sway - November

The Sway is an embodied experience that weaves together the practice of movement meditation with the healing power of communal nervous system co-regulation.

In The Sway, your nervous system gets to remember that you’re not alone. Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and the simple act of sharing space, we create conditions for both personal regulation and communal attunement.

Whether you're seeking to reconnect with your body, find relief from stress and overwhelm, or experience the profound healing that happens when we move together, The Sway offers a sanctuary where your individual journey enriches the whole - and the whole enriches you.

"Overall, I have to say five stars!"

"[My kids] were SO inspired by the event, by being the first ones to “do it” and by all of care put into it, the “colored lights and flowers in every room”. Y’all really made a vibe happen, so grateful."

"It was wonderful to let our bodies sway, meet, hug and feel loved by all the wonderful souls."

The Sway will be featuring the High Touch Human Workshop taught by Kaela Atleework.

We will begin with a series of connection practices that lead us tenderly (& efficiently!) into states of deeper somatic communication.

In these oxytocin-rich practices we will work in pairs, trio, and small groups to deepen into connection. We will consciously use our physical bodies, our voices, and our nervous systems to create a regulated collective field.

Then, we will close the day together with a series of final group-bonding techniques with a unique finale.

Kaela is an experience designer, a human connection researcher, and above all - a high touch human. In the last decade, she has facilitated groups in over 17 countries, and she has a deep passion for researching ways to “together better.”

Kaela’s teachings use the body as a tool for exploring the “space between us” and she is heavily influenced by the concepts of social somatics, polyvagal theory, and platonic intimacy.

Her workshops are often described as “intimate, playful, and highly interactive.”
