We created this all-gender space to bridge a gap — welcoming female-bodied and male-bodied participants to explore together in a container built on curiosity, respect, and authenticity. Because in our house, pigs aren’t gendered.

What You Can Expect

1. Preparation Zone: A space to warm up with toys, explore gentle play, and ease into connection before moving deeper.
2. Main Play Area: Outfitted with mats, slings, beds, and benches, creating room for full engagement in a respectful, intentional atmosphere.
3. Energy & Connection: The focus of the evening is presence. Expect scene negotiation, direct eye contact, and exchanges that value trust, safety, and surrender.
4. Safer Sex & Supplies: Our play space has stations for cleaning supplies such as alcohol spray and paper towels. Gloves, wipes, and condoms.
5. Aftercare & Social Space: A designated chill zone allows for decompression, conversation, and care before and after play.

What you should bring to this party

1. Lube: Everyone has a preference. Please bring your own lube
2. Gloves: one size does not fit all
3. Toys: please bring your own toys for warmups and play. Be sure to bring a suitable bag to transport your toys home for cleaning
4. Shower Essentials: A towel, body wash, and unscented deodorant**

A shower is available for after play wash-up only || NO ON SITE CLEAN-OUTS!!! || Please arrive cleaned out and ready for play. That being said, we understand that accidents do happen, but please do your best to arrive prepared and ready for play. Unfortunately, you will be asked to leave if not.

Lockers are available to store personal items - Bring your own lock or you may rent one.

Your Facilitator

This container will be guided by Dan, a seasoned member of the Kink Collective known for creating relaxed, welcoming spaces for men’s erotic play. Dan emphasizes safety, consent, and connection — reminding participants that this is as much about presence and community as it is about the intensity of the act itself. His facilitation ensures that whether you’re a newcomer or deeply experienced, you’ll feel held, supported, and free to explore at your own pace.

House Rules

2. Confidentiality is sacred. What happens here, stays here.
3. Phones and cameras are not allowed in play areas.
