TK Tune Up: Morning Session

Whether you're prepping for Tamandua or labbing what you've already learned (Bänana! Fuoco! Ropetales!), this two-part clinic has something for you.

TK Tie-Along: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

We're bringing our 'blow it up' approach to the TK - breaking the pattern into its most basic components and rebuilding it to suit our needs. We'll tie through several variations, including options for those who can't (or would prefer not to) hold their arms behind their back.

Underneath all of the dogma is an incredibly useful & adaptable form; let's make it work for you.

Lunch Break: 1:00-2:00 pm

Tickets must be purchased separately for the afternoon session

2-5: Guided TK Lab

Building on the options presented in the first half of the clinic, students will have the opportunity to lab their TK with focused feedback from Studio staff. A little playground, a little science lab, all box tie.

Prerequisites:

• Tying students should be familiar with box ties - video tutorials of one option are available on the Devil Mask Society YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/@DevilMaskSociety. Familiarity with tying suspendable harnesses is essential for this workshop.
• Students being tied should be familiar with providing real-time feedback as they are tied. Familiarity with being suspended is recommended.

Students can attend one or both halves of this clinic.
