Wish rope hurt more? Wish it hurt way less? Join us for an exploration of the wide world of sensation processing. We’ll dig into what pain is, how to mitigate risk when playing with intense sensation, and exercises to increase (or decrease!) our tolerance for both labbing & play.
Although this workshop is taught from the perspective of the person in rope, the exercises and information are applicable for all roles. Exercises are taught with both solo and partnered variations. Dress to get a little sweaty - we’re gonna get into it.
