Step into a sanctuary of gentle support with this 90-minute trauma-informed yin yoga and sound bath experience. Begin with a 30-minute yin yoga practice, where long-held, supported poses invite you to release tension, connect with your breath, and create space for restoration. This gentle, mindful practice is designed to honor your body and create a safe space for self-awareness and embodied presence.

Following the yin practice, immerse yourself in a 55-minute sound bath, where soothing sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments envelop you. These calming vibrations support balance, equanimity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

The experience concludes with 5 minutes of gentle guided journaling or quiet reflection, allowing you to capture any insights, emotions, or sensations that may have surfaced. Please bring a journal and a writing tool.

This experience is open to all, whether you are new to yin yoga, sound journeys, or journaling. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded, restored, and reconnected to yourself.
