Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful hypnotic-like guided meditation that takes you to a state between asleep and awake.

Naked Yoga: Yoga Nidra (Online)

We all need balance of Yin and Yang in our lives. If you want to de-stress from your busy life, get healthy, and/or maybe try something new at the same time- You may have been drawn to this class.

If a class has a title it will use that style the most, but often I combine other elements below.

Starting with a base of Yoga or Dance we mix elements of Breath, Slow Flow, Yin, Chakras, Yoga Nidra and Hypnosis to calm and slow down the nervous system. With this surrender you welcome balance and bliss.

Naked Classes:

Most classes are naked/clothing optional unless specified. Erotic dance class and hypnotic intention classes are with clothing on.

Clothing is optional, with the intention of feeling the freedom of being naked without judgment.

Classes are for all levels. (Mostly, Beginner-Intermediate) No experience required.

Breathwork

We use our breath to connect to our body. Sometimes to energize and sometimes to calm. We use our nose and mouth. Please use caution or seek advice if you have heart or lung issues.

Vinyasa Flow

A faster paced yoga or sometimes dance flow that could include poses requiring standing, balance or muscle usage. Using cardio and muscle strength we use this yang style of energy to polarize with the opposite yin slower energy.

Erotic Dance

Where sisters, brothers, or couples (separate classes) gather together in a safe and supportive space to celebrate their goddess energy. Becoming more body positive and confident. We use our inner power to shed inhibitions, both literally and figuratively. Loving ourself. If you like, wear something that makes you feel sexy. You may take off clothing, but must keep genitals covered. Bring any dancing props that inspire your creativity.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga allows us to unite our mind, body, and spirit in a meditative manner. By holding poses for longer durations (typically 3-5min). We dive deep past the muscle and into the connective tissue and fascia. While increasing flexibility and decreasing stress, it has a multitude of other health benefits.

This restorative style of yoga is preferred to be done sitting or laying down occasionally using props to help release tension, and relax even deeper into a peaceful state.

Recommended optional props: Yoga blocks (1-2), Blanket(s), bolster, yoga strap.

Slow Flow

Slow movements lubricate the joints. Combining breath to slow movements creates a fluid meditative state. Movement can break up stuck energy in areas. Tensing muscles then relaxing, or movement then stillness with longer holds are often combined and used to polarize the body.

Chakras

Build the connection between your body, mind, and spirit. Chakras are energy centers that reside along the spine. We work with seven distinct chakras, each corresponding to a specific area of the body. Some chakras may have stagnant energy causing physical or emotional discomfort. We use yoga poses, affirmations and visualization such as yoga nidra or hypnosis for each chakra to find or maintain balance.

Wall Yoga

The wall is used as a yoga prop. Supporting the body alignment and relaxation. Please make sure you have ample wall space. Space where you can lay down with your legs up the wall and straddle.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful hypnotic-like guided meditation that takes you to a state in between asleep and awake accessing the subconscious mind calming and sometimes re-booting the nervous system.

This restorative style of yoga uses optional props while lying down in a resting position.

Recommended optional props: Blanket(s), bolster, pillow or eye pillow.

Dance to Yoga Nidra

We start the class warming the body through dance, slowing down to stretch then going deeper with yoga Nidra. Leaving you feeling energized and relaxed.

Hypnotic Yoga

Go deep and surrender into trance. slowing down the physical, energetic, and mental body. You will be doing yoga poses in a trance state leaving you feeling relaxed and/or energized. Some classes will be more sexual in nature (It will be stated). When entering this class you are consenting to be hypnotized.

Oracle Reading

An Oracle card will be pulled in the beginning of class and read. During the slowdown of the class, the card will inspire you on your current life choices.

Yoga With Props

Slow flow or long hold yoga with props. Props required are 2 blocks, and a yoga strap. If you require extra padding, please have a blanket or thicker mat for support.

B*tch yoga

I may be your goddess b*tch yoga instructor or you may be my b*tch. It is everything a yoga class shouldn’t be. You may be picked on as a group or individually, insulted or made to do different poses than the rest of the students in class. Be prepared to surrender!

Animal Yoga

Get into your animal body through yoga poses. Bringing your inner child to your adult life. This beginner class could be for kids, but we are doing it as naked adults. ance to Nidra

Smoke and Stretch

Relax with the help of 420. Get stoned and stretch! Please smoke before class, know your limits and arrive on time.

Items recommended:

*Please have a yoga mat/towel/designated space

*2 yoga blocks or a firm cushion or thick book (recommended and optional for yoga)

*Blanket(s), pillow, eye pillow, bolster (recommended and optional for yoga nidra)

*Headphones (recommended and optional for hypnosis)

For Online Setup:

*Please do not use auto focus, blurred backgrounds or filters.

*Please set up mat horizontal and the camera showing your full body. We will mostly be down on the ground and having the camera higher than the body angled down works well in smaller spaces.

When signing up and registering you agree to the following:

*Must be age 18+ to attend.

*Online sessions through zoom app. Your video camera must remain on at all times.

*Video/Screen Shot/Photography/Recording and/or Self Pleasure is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. You will be removed immediately.

*Please arrive on time. Late arrivals past 10 minutes will not be admitted. In case of emergency and are running late, please text 760-814-9444 ASAP.

*You know your body's limits and will not go past your limits causing harm. You agree to not hold Yin Solutions LLC responsible for personal injury.
