Step into the darker side of rope in this interactive workshop exploring the erotic intersection of pain, power, and bondage. Discover how rope can be used not just to restrain, but to provoke — transforming each knot into a tool of delicious tension and control to make your partner(s) squirm.

Through guided demonstration and hands-on practice, learn techniques that incorporate the mouth, chest, legs, and feet, all while using pressure, positioning, predicament, and psychological play to heighten sensation and suffering. With a focus on safety tips and communication skills, this space is perfect for both beginners and seasoned players looking to twist their ties into exquisite torture.

Limited supply of rope will be provided for hands-on practice. No prerequisites required, but basic understanding of rope safety is preferred. If you have your own rope, please bring it! This class is open to all genders, sexualities, and experience levels. Expect equal parts laughter and whimpers. Come and play!

Tickets are sold per person. Attend with a tying partner, or moresome! or: Attend solo and self-tie, or meet a new friend to practice with! All ties except one can be self-tied.

Jamie Joy (they/them) is a queer trans Jewish certified sex educator and hungry slut for freaky fantasies. Their life and work is committed to spreading joy, consent, and pleasure through community orgynizing. They have been educating on a wide range of topics related to sex and sexuality for the past 10+ years with experience in K-12 schools, health clinics, college campuses, adult sex shops, national conferences, BDSM dungeons, non-profits, community organizations, and more.
