🌀 A deeper dive for those ready to move from self-soothing to relational repair

In How to Stop Interpreting Your Insecurities as Evidence in Non-Monogamy, we learned how to interrupt spirals, reframe fear-based thoughts, and tend to insecure parts of ourselves with compassion.

This workshop is the next step.

We’ll go beyond the moment of dysregulation to explore the deeper story underneath your reactions.

👉 Missed the first workshop? Get the replay + integration guide from Workshop 1 for just $19.

In this follow-up workshop, we’ll explore:

  1. Where do these reactions come from?
  2. What’s the core fear beneath them?
  3. And how can we share these truths with our partners—not to be rescued, but to be honestly seen and supported?

❤️‍🔥 This isn’t about being “less triggered.”

It’s about knowing yourself well enough to speak from awareness—not from a wound.

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:

  1. Identify your unique Trigger Signature—the specific pattern of thoughts, behaviors, body sensations, and fears that show up when you feel emotionally unsafe in non-monogamy.
  2. Map your insecure parts using somatic and IFS-inspired tools so you can meet them with understanding instead of shame.
  3. Reclaim your core needs by learning how to express them with dignity (not defensiveness) using compassionate micro-scripts.
  4. Practice sharing vulnerable truths with partners in a way that invites connection—not collapse—through live, gentle communication exercises in small groups.
  5. Learn how to co-create repair after relational ruptures using somatic pause tools and real-life re-connection scripts.
  6. Meet other intentional relationship explorers navigating their own growth journeys into new relationship structures (and get to connect with them further in our private post-workshop community chat)

This workshop is designed to help you:

✨ Feel less lost in your spirals

✨ Advocate for your needs with less shame

✨ Deepen connection with partners through transparent repair

✨ Build emotional intimacy without making your partners responsible for your healing

✨ Create a felt sense of safety in your body—and in your relationships

What to Expect

  1. Gentle guided somatic practices
  2. Parts mapping + written reflection
  3. Interactive breakout rooms to practice naming your needs (optional but powerful)
  4. Repair scripts and pause language you can use right away
  5. A PDF integration guide to support you after the workshop
  6. A post-workshop community chat thread to help with integration

You’ll leave with more clarity, more language, and more confidence to show up in the tender moments—without abandoning yourself or the people you love.

đź’¬ What a Past Participant Said About the Last Workshop:

“I appreciate that the 4-Part Spiral Method doesn't feel like I'm trying to 'dupe' my brain or pressure my nervous system into shutting up. Instead, it's like I'm gentle-parenting myself and giving myself compassionate options and the agency to choose a new way of thinking, which will impact my feelings and perhaps in time allow my nervous system to settle into self-trust."

Join us for an honest, embodied, and deeply supportive space to better understand your triggers—and build trust through repair, so that you can navigate non-monogamy with more clarity, emotional safety, and mutual care.
