What to expect.

This experience begins with a practice that has been nicknamed "the fountain of youth". Warm-up with the five Tibetan rites exercises along with a little bit of yoga asana practice with Yoga teacher-researcher Katherine "Goddess Shakti" Russ, followed by exploring the art of sensual ascension-- that is, moving the "chi of delight" up through the body through specific techniques. These techniques not only enhance performance, but it increases the ability to meditate and enhances the pleasure in the whole body experienced in meditation. Members of her class and others who have spoken with her about her teachings will recognize the practices contained in this class as "sexual kung-fu".

For whom this may apply to: please be aware that this best accompanies semen retention discipline.

If you do not observe semen retention, it's perfectly okay. You will still learn A LOT and benefit in expanding your knowledge.

Safely explore the Gentle Sensual delights of healing with voice, attunement, and touch, as you open the floodgates of pleasure to flow past the lower three chakras and envelope the entire body.

In this class you will learn a precise technique that will transform the flow of your pleasure to a deeper experience, enhance your sexual function. You will have the option to include the Kundalini reiki attunement in this class or not. Please observe the two separate ticket prices for with attunement and without.

This does NOT "awaken" your kundalini. It opens the pathway for it to flow, so that if your kundalini has awakened or is ready to awaken, you will experience more benefit and you will also gain skills and tools for how to work with it in subsequent classes or sessions with Katherine or any other Kundalini Reiki facilitated teachers & events.

What to Bring/Wear.

Wear something comfortable that lets you move with ease—whether it’s your favorite cozy wear, a fun outfit, or something that makes you feel free. Bring a water bottle and an optional meditation mat or cushion.

Kundalini Reiki with gen admission: (can be purchased 3 times to achieve master level) $200

Early bird Kundalini Reiki with gen admission: $180

Option to receive Kundalini Reiki level 1 attunement is welcome for those who are new to reiki, or want to stack on on a higher vibration of reiki to the one they already are practicing with.

If you would like to be attuned to reiki to further increase both your capacity to channel the energy along with your sensitivity to it, you have the opportunity to add a kundalini reiki attunement to your journey. You may want to get the attunement before the event so that you can reap the full benefits of the increase of capacity and sensitivity to bio electric energy.

NOTE: The attunement you receive from purchasing the attunement option will stay with you for the rest of your life, helping you to grow your psychic intuition and sensitivity (power) to sensing subtle energies. It will bring you into deeper levels of connection to your true spiritual identity & divine guidance.
