Unleashed is a small-group, intentional dance space for women and gender-marginalized folks who are ready to move freely—without choreography, without being ogled, without apology.
You don’t need to be a dancer. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You don’t need to hype yourself up.
We begin slow. We build gently, to music that supports—not overwhelms. Ambient electronic, soulful beats, a heart thumping singalong or two.
This is not a drop-in, open-floor rave. It’s equal parts mindful movement and community building.
You’ll stretch. You’ll sway. You’ll breathe. You’ll sweat. You might cry. You might laugh. You might rest. All of it belongs.
This is a closed container because we’re practicing safety, depth, and presence. It’s living-room dance party meets a sacred container for mindful motion.
No mirrors. No pressure. No performance.
Just you, in a room of others who are ready to reclaim their bodies, their truth, and their joy—on their own terms. Join us.
