A cozy evening of movement, vocal exploration, and playfulness!
Come explore your embodied expression with us, in this cozy, evening of somatic and vocal exploration, experimentation…and play!
We begin with a group yoga flow incorporating elements of vinyasa, partner yoga, and intuitive movement. The movement exercises will encourage us to land in ourselves, connect to a sense of creativity, and broaden sensory awareness, with attention to our own embodied experiences through individual movement, supported and partnered exercises, and wider group connections. We then transition to a playful voice exploration, creating a safe and brave space to play with voice and movement as tools for healing and expression. We will develop freedom and empowerment in the body and breath to express and create together. We will play with vocal improvisation, relaxation of the body, deep listening, traditional somatic practices and connection with the inner sounds waiting to be expressed! We will explore and be silly with the curiosity of the inner child.
