Warm Hearts Weekend

A men’s & masculine-of-center gathering.

This is not your typical men’s retreat.

Depth without dogma, connection without spectacle, and space to feel human again, with other humans.

🪵 What Happens

We meet at a great cabin overlooking Tomales Bay.

We share meals.

We move our bodies.

We walk a trail in nature.

We sit in real conversation.

EVERYTHING is opt-in.

There are simple labs:

on boundaries, on listening, on self-expression.

Evening Grief Ritual:

If there’s a peak experience, this usually it, where we name loss together.

Nature Walk:

we walk in silence, letting nature do its work on our systems.

Men and masculine-of-center folks who are:

• ready to reset their nervous system

• clear they want connection

• able to hold their own experience

• able to hold space for others’ stories

Queer, straight, trans, cis, neurodivergent, introverted, skeptical, burnt out… Welcome.

Don’t see yourself in that list, but wonder if it’s for you?

What matters is your stance, not your label.

• You expect catharsis or spiritual initiation

• You expect others to carry your experience

• You want clear definitions of masculinity

There is room for your spiritual experience. Catharsis COULD come up… because we’re a bunch of humans humaning. There is room for what is real for you. We just don't push it.
