What If… Forgiveness?

We all carry a prison inside us — the one that keeps our heart small, traps old pain, and insists things should have been different.

Forgiveness invites us to let go of the fantasy of a better past and finally face the regret, disappointment, and grief we’ve stored away for another time that we rarely make space for.. It confronts us with the familiar ways we tense our bodies to protect ourselves in service of a deeper surrender into the present and possibilities for the future. .

Forgiveness is so rare that we often forget it as an option for ourselves. Yet in a world caught in polarization, resentment, and vindictiveness, we need this reminder more than ever: forgiveness is not betrayal of our pain, but a way to unburden the heart so it can breathe again.

What If Forgiveness is a tender, experiential community workshop for anyone ready to soften, release, and re-open with the medicine of Forgiveness. Through guided somatic practices, gentle reflection, and relational exercises, we will explore what becomes possible when we meet the parts of ourselves that are ready to put down what they’ve been carrying. You will have opportunities to contemplate on your personal material as well as witness others in loving compassion.

You will walk away with a lighter, softer internal landscape, a clearer understanding of what forgiveness means for you, a sense of community and shared humanity and a seed of possibility for a different relationship with your past.
