Your monthly Community Whip Practice is back. Join Zee and Praxium as we make space to play and practice with our favorite long impact toys. Whether you're new to whips or a seasoned thrower, Whip Jam is for you.

This month we're centering sensual and gentle whip play. We'll explore light, teasing strokes, rhythm, and connection—using whips for sensation and intimacy rather than intensity. It’s a chance to slow down, tune into your partner or target, and discover how whips can be soft, playful, and deeply sensual.

Our space has plenty of dungeon furniture and room to play, practice, and connect with the whip community. You’ll find benches, crosses, hardpoints, two lounge areas, and more. Every Whip Jam has fuzzy practice targets and whips to use if you don’t have your own or want to try something different. Zee is on hand for advice and guidance, whether you’re practicing on a target or a partner.

Whip Jam is a monthly skill-share and practice night for all things stingy—whips, canes, quirts, and more. Each session starts with a demo and mini-lesson led by Zee, then open lab time for hands-on exploration. Whether you’re brand new or building your skills, this is your chance to try something new or refine your technique in a supportive space. Spots are limited; come early and ready to play.

If you're curious about or into whip catching (bottoming), or a whip throwing (topping) and looking to find someone, grab a wristband from the front desk. Feel free to talk to Zee, if time allows, for them to provide whip tasting sessions.

Whether you're brand new or building your skills, this is your chance to try something new or sharpen your technique in a supportive space.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. No entry after 8:30PM.

The Venue

This event will take place at Paradox - 1310 Mission Street in San Francisco. It is located in SoMa, near 9th and Mission, and is a 10 minute walk from the Civic Center/UN Plaza BART station.

Accessibility Notes

The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is fully-accessible, including a social area, play area, and two accessible all-gender bathrooms. The mezzanine level above the bathrooms can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs may be available at the front desk. • Doors open at 6:30PM. Doors close at 8:30PM and there will be no late entry so please arrive early and plan accordingly.

About the Instructor

Zee (they/them) has been active in kink education for nearly 20 years, with teaching credits from KinkFest, Society of Janus, Bonobo Network, and more. Known for high-impact demos and inclusive, accessible teaching, Zee brings deep experience and playful energy to every class.
