A clothing optional guided movement experience, self expression and exploration. You will be guided by Blaize Hall from Weeping Willow Wellness with movement borrowing from 5 Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance, and Body Temple Dance. No dance experience necessary! Followed by guided meditation and conversation. Snacks provided!
