You are warmly invited to a clothing optional guided movement experience for WOMXN ONLY.
Join us the day after Valentine's Day for the ultimate self love for yourself and your sacred body.
While we hope you will explore full nudity, you are encouraged to honor your physical and emotional needs in your level of undress. This is a trauma-informed and consent forward space and that starts with listening to ourselves and our own bodies.
We will share an opening circle at 3:15, so arrive and park in advance as the doors will be locked for our security.
You will be guided by Blaize Hall from Weeping Willow Wellness through a series of movement cues for self exploration and expression. This format borrows from 5 Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance, and Body Temple Dance. No dance experience necessary!
We will move through a variety of rhythms, unwinding, shaking our fascia, expressing love to ourselves.
We will close with a guided meditation and then some snacks and time to connect with one another and share anything about the experience that helps us integrate.
While some dance events encourage touch, this experience is designed for a personal journey while held in community.
Touch of others is prohibited.
This event is curated for our young adult community and sponsored by the Southern California Naturist Association (aka SCNA) and the Bare It Together Society (aka BITS: the young-adult focused branch of SCNA) with the intention of creating a space for our younger to mid-life female nudists, naturists, and clothing optional curious folks! If you feel you belong in this group, we want you here. Must be 18 or over. (SCNA and Weeping Willow Wellness host other events throughout the year for all ages adult 18-118)
Your gender is affirmed here. If you identify as trans or AFAB nonbinary you are welcomed, seen and supported.
Bring your own towels and a bottle of water.
$50 Payable via PayPal or Zelle to scna@socalnaturist.org (if paying via Zelle, please include your email address)
