The Bay Area’s wildest holiday party hits the stage with a wicked winter variety show featuring comedy, circus, and spectacular mayhem!

Our annual holiday edition is an anarchic romp where every holiday trope gets remixed and spun ten ways to Sunday. A fresh risen Jesus taking to the air, the Grinch becomes a pole dancer, pagan rituals go feral, Santa busts battle raps and more! Come watch comedy, circus and carnage collide as only Ruckus can deliver, performed by one of the most electrifying casts you’ll ever see live.

The East Bay Express calls The Ruckus Revival “the most consistently spectacular event Oakland has ever seen,” and every month brings a brand-new lineup and a different flavor of madness. No reruns, no repeat acts. This is our annual holiday blowout, and it gets wilder every year.

Hosted by Jamie DeWolf (HBO's Def Poetry Jam, NPR's Snap Judgment) and Wonder Dave (Mental Health Comedy Hour), with masters of mayhem DizzyfromEarlier and Little Glitter Bomb, and our very special stage crew the Wu Tang of Weird.

Where is the location?

The show will be at The Continental Club at 1658 12th St. in West Oakland. The venue is indoors with multiple floors, as well as a rooftop patio for smoking.

Is there parking?

Yes! There’s a free lot at 890 Campbell St., as well as street parking near 8th and Campbell. This is a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of the area! Don’t leave anything in your car, it’s Oakland.

What’s the age limit?

18+ to enter, 21 to drink. Please bring your ID.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, the venue has multiple full service bars that accept both cash and credit card.

Will there be food?

Yes! The Continental Club will be serving food throughout the night.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Will there be seats?
