Howdy!
Welcome yogis!
We will begin the practice with a short meditation, followed by a dynamic vinayasa flow to create some heat and then cool down with breath work and yin poses. The 1 hour yang/yin flow is to balance the mind & body. Please bring a mat, water and towel. Don’t forget your sunscreen 🌞
In the yang we flow and in yin we hold the pose for a bit longer to get deeper into the stretch.
