Pagan's Paradise presents a 2 part Naked Yoga New York in a clothes-optional yoga dance party gathering!

Yoga of Dance - Part 1 Class

Our conscious dance starts with the yoga of dance -- A tantric trance dance practice & dynamic meditation that is also part of yoga. We will have a break with some casual talk and social time where we can catch up with one another on our life’s yoga journey, have light refreshments with some partner and community yoga practices.

The intention of this event is to instill a sense of satchitananda, or truth-consciousness-bliss, as we co-create a space that sets a tone of universal support and acceptance.

Body Paint & Kontact Yoga - Part 2 Social

After the class we will tap into our creative flow body painting with social as we explore the pIeasures and principles of partner yoga.

In this unique social yoga arts experience, we will all aim to balance being respectful of the needs and limitations of ourselves and others, while being joyful, keep an open mind, have fun, cause no harm, & stay authentic.

While this is a nude inspired event you may wear minimal clothing.

What to Bring:

  1. Your own water bottle, clean towel, and mat.

What to Drop:

  1. Worries, anxiety, and crippling fearful assumptions. Step down into your authentic self.

Why Practice Naked Yoga?

Performing yoga without clothing offers several potential benefits. These can be physical, emotional, and psychological, and they often appeal to individuals looking for a deeper sense of connection with themselves and others.

-Enhanced Body Acceptance

Practicing yoga clothing-free can help individuals embrace and accept their bodies as they are, free from societal standards and judgments. It fosters self-love, reducing body shame and insecurity.

-Increased Comfort and Freedom

Without clothing, there’s a sense of liberation and freedom. Clothes can restrict movement or cause discomfort during poses, and practicing naked allows for unrestricted movement.

-Deeper Mind-Body Connection

Removing the barrier of clothing encourages participants to be more present in their bodies, enhancing mindfulness and the connection between body, mind, and breath.

-Improved Skin Health

This form of practice allows the skin to breathe freely, which can be particularly beneficial for maintaining skin health during physical activity that involves sweating.

-Deeper Focus

Practicing yoga unclothed ties our asana practice to the foundational observations and chief aspects of yoga—the first two limbs that precede the third limb (asana). These restraints and observations are called the Yamas (restraints) and Niyamas (observations).

In our class, you will have ample opportunities to reflect more deeply upon Yamas and Niyamas as we move through our asanas and pranayama.

This event is open to all experience levels, and fully inclusive to all that wish to attend. Come as you are and leave feeling renewed, connected, and liberated.

Class Tickets: Early Bird $45, Regular $65 ($80 at the door)
