Social Media Marketing Manager

Remote from anywhere

Plura is hiring a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager to build and run a 12-week user-generated content pilot program to reach non-monogamous, queer, and sex-positive audiences.

This is a hands-on contract role for someone who has extensive experience managing short-form content experiments, creator relationships, production flow, and performance reporting. You’ll help Plura test whether creator-led UGC can become a scalable growth channel for app installs, retention, and paid subscriptions.

This role requires:

Build and manage a creator program

• Source and onboard emerging creators from Plura’s community and social platforms
• Manage creator communication, posting schedules, approvals, and follow-up

Create and test short-form UGC

• Develop scripts, hooks, prompts, and example videos for creators
• Guide content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels

Run content operations

• Coordinate production of approximately 500 videos over 12 weeks
• Organize creators, deadlines, posts, and performance data

Measure performance and iterate

• Track progress toward 5M total views and downstream app metrics
• Report learnings to the CEO and refine content based on results
  This is a part-time contract position, designed for a fully remote team member.
