Jeremy Gillick

Founding Engineer
Jeremy is passionate about helping people meet more organically.
Before joining Plura, Jeremy was the Director of Engineering at StyleSeat where he helped double the engineering team in a year. He has led engineering teams at companies across the industry, such as LinkedIn, Google, Nest and PayPal. Outside of software engineering, Jeremy can usually be found building communities, tinkering with electronics, or preparing for the next Burning Man event.
Noa Elan

Noa has been building communities for as long as she could convince her parents to print out summer camp invitations in their office xerox machine.
Noa has been part of the non-monogamy community in Oakland for more than a decade and continues to learn as much as she can about psychological safety, power dynamics, consent best practices, and restorative justice.
Before Plura, Noa helped grow some of the biggest brands in the world, including Lyft, Adobe, Tide, Square, and more.
Rachel Lark

Head of Social
Rachel Lark has been a partner of Plura from the early days. If the sex+ culture had a movie, Rachel Lark would write and produce the soundtrack, with songs like The Unicorn Song and Didn’t See It Coming.
In 2023, Rachel Lark joined the Plura team and is leading our Social Media platform.

Ofri is a product designer and branding expert with experience in web and mobile application development since 2005.
Lauren (Luna) Ray Vegter

Founder
Lauren is on a journey to answer the question: How can software help people build meaningful relationships?
Lauren led User Acquisition for Instagram from 700M to past a billion users. She also led the social products team at Oculus and launched consumer VR to the world. Prior to Plura, Lauren led the Marketplace team at Faire. Lauren has two MIT degrees and studied computer science at Stanford.
