There is nothing more sacred than the experience of truly connecting with another human being.

We all have the need to be seen, to be heard, to be witnessed, and to feel deeply connected.

To know, to see, to feel, to be—these are the essence of life itself.

They form the core of our humanity and are the foundation for building healthy relationships, thriving in love, and living fully.

I am thrilled to invite you to an event designed to nurture these profound needs in a safe and supportive space.

Join me and my friends as we explore the art of connection through practices that enhance communication skills, improve self-awareness, deepen our compassion and cultivate authentic relationships.

Each gathering will focus on one of three core themes, guiding us deeper into the realms of connection and community.

Every month we sit in circle to do DEEP work on 1 of 3 recurring themes:

1. Sacred Intimacy (sex, love, relationships, etc.)
2. Sacred Livelihood (business, career, purpose, etc.)
3. Sacred Kingdom (life, family, community, etc.)

We will approach the monthly theme through the practice of what we refer affectionately to as AHO!

1. Authentic Expression
2. Honest Presence
3. Open Hearted Connection

These exercises contribute towards a “transformational arc” that accelerates the healings, breakthroughs and positive physical manifestations in that area for each attendee.

Between monthly sessions, participants are encouraged to check-in daily via our “Private WhatsApp Channel” to stay connected to the community, be witnessed in their realizations and experiences, and keep the “fires of transformation” burning between events.

What to Expect:

4. Actors' Improv: Light-hearted improv activities that encourage spontaneity and creativity in your interactions.
5. Theme-Based Exploration: Each session dives deep into one of three core themes—Sacred Intimacy, Sacred Livelihood, or Sacred Kingdom—providing focused growth and insights.
6. Authentic Relating Practices: Tools and techniques to cultivate genuine relationships through Authentic Expression, Honest Presence, and Open-Hearted Connection.
7. Transformational Arc: Exercises designed to create profound shifts, leading to healings, breakthroughs, and positive life changes.
8. Ongoing Community Support: Access to a Private WhatsApp Channel for daily check-ins, shared experiences, and continued transformation between gatherings.

What to bring:

1. Comfortable Clothing: Wear something that allows you to move freely and feel at ease.
2. A Journal and Pen: For capturing insights, reflections, and any realizations that arise during the event.
3. A Water Bottle with spill proof lid: Stay hydrated throughout the session
4. A Snack to Share: Bring a small snack to contribute to a communal sharing experience.
5. An Open Heart and Mind: Come prepared to engage fully and embrace new experiences.
6. Your Presence: The most important thing you can bring is your willingness to be fully present and participate in the journey.

1. Gather: 6:30pm (Mingle and Settle in Time)
2. Event Starts: 7:00pm (Please be on time! - no one admitted after start)
3. Event ends: 10:00pm

~ Shiva J is an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Somatic Bodyworker, Certified Life Coach, Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Master NLP Practitioner. Since 2003, he has been dedicated to transformational work, helping individuals and couples elevate their lives and relationships through profound healing and growth.

He combines a wide range of modalities with his gift of insight to guide clients toward clarity, empowerment, and lasting transformation.
