Touch is not a luxury. It is a necessity!
As children, we needed loving touch to grow, to feel safe, and to know we belonged. That need didn’t vanish with age—it simply got buried under layers of shame, isolation, and cultural conditioning.
We live in a world that discourages affection, mislabels platonic touch as inappropriate, and often leaves us starving for contact. For many, days, weeks—even years—pass without being held, seen, or comforted in this most human way. In our touch-deprived state, even the gentlest accidental brush can trigger fear, tension, or withdrawal.
But there is another way.
The XOXOXO Workshop is a lovingly curated space to rewrite your relationship with touch and restore your nervous system’s capacity to receive affection with ease and joy.
This is not about romantic or sexual intimacy. This is about connection, healing, and nourishment.
Whether you’re single or partnered, touch-deprived or touch-curious, this experience will meet you where you are. Through playful invitations, consensual exercises, and a safe, guided environment, you’ll explore:
- The Art of Platonic Touch
- Giving and Receiving with Presence
- Nervous System Regulation
- Boundaries, Consent & Self-Awareness
- Connection Without Pressure

Since 2003, he has been dedicated to transformational work, helping individuals and couples elevate their lives and relationships through profound healing and growth.
A skilled community builder and compassionate healer, Shiva J brings a unique perspective to his practice by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. He combines a wide range of modalities with his gift of insight to guide clients toward clarity, empowerment, and lasting transformation.
